绿专资本(NASDAQ：GRNQ)组建财团助力泰国王室商业项目发展

　　2024年12月5日，吉隆坡 Greenpro Capital(NASDAQ：GRNQ)宣布，由泰王室赞助的皇家俱乐部(“RTCT”)、Capital Trust Group Limited (“CTG”)和绿专资本组成的三方财团将牵头泰国商业综合体发展。

　　这是一个价值60亿美元(约2000亿泰铢)的大型商业综合体，包括赛马场、六星级酒店、高尔夫球场、餐厅、剧院、体育综合体、音乐厅、文化中心和购物综合体。该商业综合体预计为泰国和外国游客提供支持，其中包括全球约5万名俱乐部会员。曼谷及其周边地区的五个区域已被提议用于该综合体，其中包括 Khlong Toei, Lat Krabang and Nong Chok。

　　RTCT协会秘书Phanta Sangchot表示，除了商业设施外，还将在环保上有设备改善，以提高当地居民的生活质量。他说：“我们相信，这个项目将对经济产生积极影响，吸引游客，并提高我们在赛马方面的声誉。该综合体也将是环保的，因为我们将利用现代技术提供清洁能源。我们相信，该项目将实现政府创造新旅游景点的目标。”
